Subcritical extraction technology is a bit different from common used no. 6 solvent oil extraction machine. This advanced subcritical fluid extraction is mainly used to extract oil from those of precious oilseeds such as tomato seed, grape seed, watermelon seed, pumpkin seed, walnut kernel etc.

Oil extraction technology pioneered in 1855 by E.Deiss (Franch), and formed a production scale industry in 1870. The application of oil extraction sufficiently improves utilization of plant oil. 4# solvent (the main component of liquefied propane, butane) oil extraction technology is also called subcritical extraction technology. It is a very new oil production technology, which has significant economic and social benefits while comparing with 6# solvent.

4# solvent is purified from liquefied petroleum gas, consisting of propane, butane, boiling point is below 0 ℃. Oil extraction machine is processing under pressure (0.1-0.7Mpa liquid state) and room temperature to realize normal temperature oil extraction. Solvent in extracted meal and crude oil is removed at low temperature and vacuum. Solvent is cycled use after liquefaction.
